Die Mitarbeiter benötigen lediglich einen Nachweis, der sie als Mitarbeiter*in eines Hotels oder Gastronomiebetriebes ausweist. Dieser Nachweis kann durch einen Betriebstempel, Visitenkarte, Betriebs-/Schülerausweis oder Ähnliches erbracht werden.
